Below, you will find the text of the example of the video to talk about your daily routine in French accompanied by its translation in English. Of course, you must adapt this example to your situation.

Le matin, je me réveille à 7 heures. = In the morning, I wake up at 7 o'clock.

Mais, je me lève à 7 heures 30. = But, I get up at 7:30.

Je vais dans la cuisine pour prendre mon petit-déjeuner. = I go to the kitchen to have my breakfast.
Je mange du pain avec de la confiture et je bois un café. = I eat bread with jam and drink coffee.

Ensuite, je vais dans la salle de bains. Je me douche, je me rase, je me coiffe, je me brosse les dents, puis je m’habille. = Then I go to the bathroom. I shower, I shave, I comb my hair, I brush my teeth, then I get dressed.

À 8 heures, je sors de chez moi. Je vais au travail en vélo ou en voiture. = At 8 o'clock, I leave my house. I go to work by bike or by car.

Je travaille de 8h30 à 12h et de 13h30 à 17h. = I work from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

À midi, je déjeune avec mes collègues. = At noon, I have lunch with my colleagues.

Après le travail, je rentre chez moi. = After work, I go home.

Je vais faire des courses, puis je vais faire du sport. = I go shopping, then I go to exercise.

Quand je rentre, je prépare le dîner. = When I get home, I cook dinner.

Après dîner, je regarde un film. = After dinner, I watch a movie.

Puis, je vais me coucher vers 23h. = Then I go to bed around 11 p.m.
